Terms of Service
1. Service
emailval.net provides an email validation API that performs automated checks such as syntax validation, DNS/MX checks, disposable-domain detection, catch-all detection and, where available, SMTP-level verification.
Validation results are estimates generated from technical signals. We do not guarantee that a particular email address will accept, send or receive email, and a validation result is not a guarantee of deliverability.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must provide accurate information when creating or purchasing an account. You are responsible for protecting your API credentials and for all activity performed using your credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe an API key has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- send spam, phishing, malware or other unlawful communications;
- facilitate fraud, impersonation or other illegal activity;
- process data in a way that violates applicable privacy or data-protection law;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent security controls;
- resell or sublicense the service except where expressly authorised by us; or
- use the service in a manner that creates unreasonable risk to the service or third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and any required permissions to process email addresses submitted through your account.
4. API usage and limits
API requests are subject to the limits and pricing displayed on the website or otherwise communicated to you. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the service and its users.
5. Pricing and payment
Current pricing is published on the emailval.net website. Usage is charged according to the applicable pricing model. Payments are processed through our payment provider. You authorise applicable charges to the payment method associated with your account.
Taxes, VAT and other charges may apply where required by law.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your service in accordance with the cancellation mechanism made available to you. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, violation of these Terms, or compliance with legal obligations.
7. Data protection
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you submit personal data to the API on behalf of another person or organisation, you are responsible for determining the appropriate legal basis and providing any required notices.

8. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, branding and related materials, except for content and data that you lawfully submit to the service. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Validation results should be treated as technical information rather than a guarantee of mailbox existence, deliverability, identity or future mail acceptance.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, subject to mandatory provisions of consumer-protection and other applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's place of business in Poland.
13. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory rights that apply to consumers under the law applicable to them.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version.
